When I close my eyes at night I can see our story playing out in my mind, like a movie on repeat. I'll watch it over and over and at 5:49 in the morning I will realize that we never had an ending.
Perhaps these letters are our real story. The prologue, the beginning, middle, end, and this is the epilogue.
One week from now I will be walking down the isle to a man with eyes the colour of trees in the summer. And that's when I will realize that all fairy tales have a monster, a damsel in distress, and a knight in shining armour.

I once asked you, while staring at a bottle of honey, what would happen if I poured some into my ears. You gave me a curious look and replied, "I'm sure you would become deaf."
From then on, every time you whispered into my ear, I always believed that surely you were making me deaf with all your honey lies.
You always asked why I called you my Honey Bee and I would just shrug and say it was cute.
